House on the River Eversen Apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You'll love the fully functional 3-bedroom apartment with an enclosed, sunny balcony. And, you've got direct access to the Örtze River where you can paddle, swim, fish, picnic, or simply daydream. It's the perfect blend of peace and comfort. In addition, you're welcome to explore our little hobby farm- chickens, sheep, and rabbits. If you want action, Heidepark, Serengeti Park, and the Soltau Designer Outlets are nearby. The space The cozy apartment is completely self contained, above our living space. You'll have complete privacy there. The shared garden is delightful, with hundreds of meters of Oertze River shoreline. We love nature, and with the official Suedheide Park just meters from our property line, you'll get to bathe in beautiful trees, flowers, and wildlife. In addition to the wildlife (cranes, herons, buzzards, songbirds of all kinds, wild boars, deer, elk, etc.) we've got our own animals on our property. We're establishing a little hobby farm with a small flock of chickens, a few dwarf bunnies, a handful of sheep, and a well-behaved dog. If you love animals, we're happy to share them with you. Otherwise, they mostly stick to their living spaces and will leave you alone. Guest access You'll have your own complete apartment in the upstairs floor of our house- It's all yours! You're welcome to share the garden and three river patios with us. Other things to note We have 2 child-sized life jackets for children under 10. We do have a wonderful swimming hole, available to everyone! However, be advised that the Oertze is a fast-flowing river and children must always be supervised.
