Apartment with swimming pool, sports and games court, located in a residential condominium, quiet with 24-hour security. Included in the accommodation if you want to use, salt, sugar, coffee. Wifi available. 5 minutes walk from the bus stop, bus that goes to the center of Belém. Note: I already had this listing but had to redo it, I've had several other guests before. The space 2 bedrooms being 1 double and 1 twin , 1 bathroom. Kitchen with all the basics, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish soap. Also oil, sugar, salt and coffee. Ifood works well. Wifi available Other things to note Check-in at 2pm can be negotiated. Checkout required by 11:00 AM Fee for breaking utensils(dishes, glasses). 20 reais each. More expensive utensils, depending on the utensil. No Party(fine 800 reais) No noise after 22 (condominium fine 500 reais.) Person over 100 reais per day. The apartment has cameras outside the apartment but not inside.
