The space Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home nestled in Big Bass Community surrounded by natures beauty. Access to community amenities and just a short walk or quick drive to the lake, beach and pools, its the perfect setting for a serene and relaxing stay any time of the year! Home Features: - Internet and WiFi - Smart TVs throughout the home - Washer and Dryer - Indoor Gas Fireplace (operational from Labor Day to Memorial Day) - Keurig - Starter supple of toilet paper, coffee, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher tabs, paper towels and garbage bags - All linens and towels provided - Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in each bathroom - King sized bed in master - Screened-in Porch - Outdoor propane BBQ grill (Please note: Propane availability is not guaranteed but you can exchange the tank) - Fire Pit with seating for 6 - Picnic Table - Corn Hole - Neon Sign and Hedge wall (Great for fun photos!) - Shuffleboard Table, Various Board games and Arcade Game - Dog-Friendly - 220V outlet for electric vehicle charging Main Floor: The main floor offers an open concept living/kitchen/dining area and a gas fireplace (operational from Labor Day to Memorial Day). Here you'll also find a full bathroom, queen sized bedroom, laundry area with washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen are two sets of sliding glass doors that open to beautiful screened in porch with seating and backyard access. The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee marker, spices, cookware, utensils and more. Second Floor: The second floors features a loft area with a twin trundle bed, ideal for two guests Capture timeless memories and strike a pose against our hedge wall and neon sign! Stay active with yoga mats, light dumbbells and exercise band that we have provided. Game enthusiasts will love the shuffleboard table, board games and arcade game. The primary suite boasts plenty of nature light from the skylight and offers a king sized bed, a work desk and a full bathroom. Mini-split units in the primary bedroom and living room provide cooling during the summer while electric baseboard heating will keep you warm and cozy in the winter. Ceiling fans are available throughout the home. Smart TVs with Roku are installed in the living room and bedrooms, allowing you access your favorite streaming apps. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers for your convenience. Dog beds are provided for your furry family members! Outdoor Area: The outdoor area allows you to enjoy a game of corn hole, cook a delicious meal on the BBQ grill and dine at the picnic table while soaking in the great outdoors. For a cozy evening, gather around the fire pit and enjoy smores. Or start your day with a cup of coffee in the screened-in porch all while taking in the peaceful wooden views and often spotting wildlife! Guest access Big Bass Lake Community: Discover the array of amenities available for you to discover. - 3 Lakes with beaches: Big Bass (100 acres), Larsen (60 acres) and Lake Natalie (40 acres) - Kayak rentals (included with advance reservation and amenity passes) - Catch and release fishing - Brand new restaurant/cafe in club house - Outdoor pool and kids splash pad - Indoor pool and sauna (operational when the outdoor pool is closed) - Playgrounds throughout the community - 6 Tennis Courts - 2 Basketball Courts - 2 Bocce Ball Courts - 5 Volleyball Courts - Nature Hiking Trails - Running/Walking Trails - Picnic Areas - Snow Sledding and Tubing Hills (weather permitting) - Ice Skating on Big Bass Lake (weather permitting) To access these amenities, passes are required. Pricing for ages seven (7) and above is as follows: - Daily Pass: Weekdays $8 per person, per day - Daily Pass: Weekends or Holidays $10 per person, per day - Week Pass (non-holiday): $30 per person, per week. - Holiday Week Pass: $50 per person, per week Amenity passes can be purchased at the clubhouse, rec center, or association office, which is open Monday-Saturday from 9:30am to 4pm. Please be aware that amenities are subject to availability and may have varying hours. We cannot guarantee their availability during your stay, as they are managed by the community. Other things to note POLICIES: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! After booking, we will promptly reach out to you for information for the required rental application. Please check your messages after booking. For stays less than a week away, we require this information and your signature on the day of booking. Additionally, we will send you our community and house rules for your review and signatures. Please note that failure to provide these signed documents within the specified timeframe may result in a late fee. We will be unable to host you without these signed documents. The maximum occupancy of the home is 6. Only registered guests listed on the rental application will be permitted in the house and community. Dogs are welcome! We allow up to two well-behaved and house trained dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $85 payable at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that our property is not fenced-in and all pets must be on a leash at all times when outside. We do not permit cats or other pets. Please be sure to include your dog(s) in the reservation at the time of booking. Fireworks and sparklers are strictly prohibited within the community at all times. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property and a $1,000 fine. Early check-in and late check out are subject to availability and require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Our home is located in a peaceful gated community with year-round residents. We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and the community throughout your stay. You may park a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed within the community. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guest must be at least 26 years old to book and we do not accept bookings from groups of young adults under 26. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before check-out. The community trash compactor and recycling area is located by the main gate entrance. Please do not store any trash outside the house at any time to prevent attracting animals. Other Important Information: As the home is located in the mountains, you may come across wildlife such as deer, turkeys, raccoons and bears. Your safety and security of our home are important to us. The property is equipped with two exterior security cameras at the front and back doors that actively record. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked closet on the first floor, unfinished space behind the master closet and the crawl space. We kindly ask that you do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets or put anything in the kitchen sink since there is no garage disposal available due to the fact that we use a septic system. In doing either, you may cause damage to the plumbing lines, and this will result in an extra cost to the guest. Please note that the downstairs bedroom does not have separate air conditioning unit and shares the split with the main living area. However, there is a ceiling fan in the room for added comfort.
