Guest Access You will have private and secluded access to the entire studio, which is located approximately 30 meters from the main house and concealed by garden. Your space extends to the immediate outdoor garden, a sitting area, and approximately one-quarter acre of land surrounding the studio, ensuring you have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fresh country air. The Neighborhood Our property spans over one and a half acres, situated among peaceful farmland with sparse neighbours and separated by foliage for your privacy. Important Information * **Sofa Bed:** This listing is best suited for 1-2 adults. The second bed is a fold-out sofa bed, which is slightly smaller than a double bed. A $25 fee will be applied if this extra bed is required. **Connectivity:** Cellular reception can be patchy (especially with Optus). Enabling Wi-Fi calling on your phone is recommended to improve this. **Caretakers:** We have caretakers staying at the rear of the property, around 60 meters behind the studio, in their own private and secluded accommodation.
