As a guest, you will have the privacy and seclusion of being located approximately 30 meters from the main house, surrounded by garden, farmland and separated from the nearest neighbour by foliage. Our property spans over one and a half acres, situated among farmland and sparse neighbours. *Please note this listing is best suited for 1-2 adults. The second bed is a fold out sofa bed, and will accommodate 1-2 children, or 1 adult, whether it can sleep 2 adults is up to you, it is slightly smaller than a double bed, there will be a $25 fee if this extra bed is required.* Guest access Situated just 8 mins from Castlemaine and 18 mins from Daylesford, we are situated in a perfect position to explore the region from and retain a sense of space and fresh country air. As a guest, you will have access to the entire studio as well as the immediate outdoor garden space, sitting area, and approximately one quarter acre of land surrounding the studio Other things to note Please note we have our pet Labrador (dog) Buddy on the property, and as we have no gates or fencing internally, you will see him roaming around from time to time. Likely he will come up to greet you, but he is super friendly (has been raised around our kids since they were babies), doesn't jump, bite or bark, and will listen if told to go away. Please let us know if he causes any trouble for you. We would appreciate if you didn't feed him, or let him inside the studio. We have caretakers staying right at the rear of the property, around 60m behind the studio, in their own private and secluded accomodation, which wont intrude on your privacy.
