The space This is a homestay set within greenery and forest surroundings. The property includes comfortable rooms, a shared kitchen, living area, outdoor sitting spaces, and a dedicated yoga hall. The atmosphere is quiet, natural, and simple, encouraging mindful and peaceful living close to nature. We have good air ventilation. No AC in any room. The Property is in centre of Patnem, Columb, Palolem Beach and Market. All within 2 kms. Guest access Guests have access to: • Their private room • Shared kitchen • Living area • Outdoor sitting spaces • Yoga hall (when not in use for classes or retreats) • Washing machine for self-use During your stay We live on the property and are available when needed, while also respecting guests’ privacy. Guests are welcome to interact, ask questions, or simply enjoy their own space. Interaction can be minimal or social, as per your comfort. Other things to note • The property is inside nature, surrounded by trees - you will have to come through a GROUND area.
