A historic farmstead by the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river. The space Augusti Farm mixes a historic log farmhouse with modern amenities, giving you a great opportunity to enjoy beautiful natural views and relax in a cozy environment, while being connected to the world. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and there are also fiber optic cable internet connections in the house. Perfect for a home office with family. The day is made perfect by a visit to a large hot tub (holds up to 8 people) (extra charge), where you can enjoy the starry sky, and a hot wood-fired sauna to relieve everyday stress (extra charge). The sauna has a front and stage room, the washing facility is located in the living house. Use of the hot tub is possible from April to October. The river is a favorite breeding ground for ducks, and the marsh harrier, the osprey and ice birds have also been spotted. Animals are frequent guests of goats, rabbits, foxes, less often you can see a mink, a mink and even a beaver.
