Historic farm property by the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in a hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in a wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river The space At the August Farm, the historic log walled farmhouse blends with modern day amenities, giving such a great opportunity to enjoy beautiful nature views and rest yourself in a cozy setting while connecting with the world. Wifi is spread all over the property and the house also has options to connect to internet with fiber optic cable. Perfect for home office with family. The day is made perfect by a visit to the large hot tub (sleeps up to 8 people) (at an additional cost) where you can enjoy the starry sky, as well as whisking out the weekday tensions in the hot wood-burning sauna (at an additional cost). The sauna has a front and lava room, the washing facility is located in the residential building. Both in the hot tub and on the sauna stage, it is possible to observe the calm running of the river, as well as the birds in the surroundings.
