The car parking is right outside the door. Rooms to the north and east sides have nearly normal window sizes. With the floor enclosed by a waterproof concrete tub, it is absolutely dry and comfortably heatable if needed. In summer, the rooms are rather cooler and therefore more pleasant than e.g. in attic apartments. The design of the rooms follows an unobtrusive country house style according to Scandinavian and English models. Plenty of books and reading materials from classical literature to newer art and lifestyle features. Wi-Fi: Fast Internet in all rooms! Ideal if you also need to be connected on vacation. Mobile reception on the network, very good to satisfactory/sufficient. Very good about Wifi case. The kitchen is not very large but perfectly equipped with Miele dishwasher, microwave, fridge/ freezer combination, exhaust to the outside, dining/working table with 3 seats. The dining room is suitable for up to 8 people. Armchairs and books connect the kitchen with a “kitchen-living room feeling.” The "Green Room" can be used as a single or (small) double room and/or as an "extension" of the "Red Room" if it's not needed as a place to sleep. Access is possible separately. Extra TV. Small desk, Wardrobe. The "Red Room" has a double bed (see above), small desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchairs and bookshelf. The bathroom 1 (shower, washbasin, toilet) is small, but equipped with every comfort including changing table or large shelf. The living room is "enough" for all guests and has TV as well as a desk. The "country room" is ideal for guests who like to have it spacious or, for example, a young family who like to have a child or two children in the same room would like to have two children with them. Double/Family Bed, Single Bed, Crib/Crib. Armchairs, larger writing/working table Bath 2 was renovated in 2017 (new shower and tub), toilet, washing machine. Bikes, strollers, etc. can be stored rainy in the annex. Minor changes are reserved. Linens and towels are of course included.
