We live in a delightful house built in 1925 combining the charm of old style construction, with modern upgrades, on a tree lined pedestrian friendly street. Guests will have access to all common areas on the first floor - our bedroom/bathroom is separate upstairs. You will have full access to common areas - including living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor space. Coffee, tea and light snacks will available. Full breakfast can be included, upon request, for an additional fee. You are welcome to park in our driveway/yard. We have plenty of space. Please turn around in the driveway to leave because backing out is not safe. You will be a guest in our home and even when not home we will answer questions via text message. Our home is located in the historic Fry's Spring neighborhood. We are walking distance to UVA football stadium (1/2 mile) and The Lawn is just over one mile. Nearby amenities include 4 ethnic restaurants. There is also a sandwich deli and some of the best Southern fried chicken we've ever had. The city has a free shuttle to downtown and The Corner that stops 3 short blocks from us. We have off street parking and street parking is free. This is a smoke free house and property.
