The building does not have an elevator, but the apartment is on the first floor with a few stairs to climb. Guest access Guests will have access to the building, but cannot use the barbecue. Other things to note The parking spaces for guests are outside the building, without a roof. But the vacancies are exclusive to the building and are in front of the lobby.
