Self-contained garden cottage with 1 bedroom, a full kitchen, separate living area and full bathroom, located next to our home. Situated in a quiet suburb close to the airport (<7km) and main shopping centers (<3km). Very peaceful environment on the property and an excellent place to unwind or to focus on work. The space The unit is a spacious space consisting of a bedroom with double-sized bed, and plenty of cupboard space to unpack. There is a large kitchenette which as all the utensils you may need, including 4 plate stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom has both a bath and shower and towels are provided for the guests. There is a Smart TV in the lounge/living room and the bedroom with Netflix and DSTV but guests can also sign into their own accounts. A sliding door leads from the lounge to a semi-private, rustic outdoor area with seating. Solar power and inverter during load shedding. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate a child in addition to two adults. Please contact the host for further information. Guest access Guests can feel free to wonder any where on the property but the house is occupied by my family of four. You will be given your own remote for access through our electrical, remote controlled gate with off-street secure parking available, under a carport. Guests will have their own set of keys to the flat for convenient access to their rental. Guests can come and go as they please and will be self sufficient. Other things to note NO LOADSHEDDING! We have solar power and an inverter during load shedding, with the exception of the stove being the only appliance not available during loadshedding. We do have two friendly cats, Kaia and Luna, two chickens, Posy and Rosy, and two bunnies, Pumpkin and Pie who also live on the property. They are lovely but I am very understanding of guests who shy away from pets so if they are a bother, let me know. They generally do not go to our guest areas. Towels and linen will be changed and washed once a week. Cleaning available at an additional fee of R150.00.
