The property features four handcrafted wooden rooms: ✨ Two on the ground floor — snug and welcoming, with easy access. ✨ Two on the upper floor — opening into a cozy sitting lounge, perfect for books, conversations, or simply gazing at the mountains. Step outside, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by apple orchards, pine-scented air, and endless Himalayan views. Whether it’s sipping chai under blossoms in spring, or curling up by the window as snow falls in winter, Woodland Chalet is designed for slow, meaningful mountain living. Guest access Guests have access to their private room and bathroom. Shared spaces include the lounge, dining/café corner, and outdoor garden seating. We also offer homemade meals and chai/coffee. During your stay We love hosting and making sure every guest feels comfortable during their stay. Most of the time, you’ll have complete privacy, but you’ll never feel unattended. I’m usually around in Sethan and sometimes at the property myself. Even if I’m not there in person, I’m always just a call away whenever you need assistance. Whether it’s arranging a cab, planning a hike to Hamta Pass base camp (Chikka), or booking winter activities like skiing and snowboarding, I’ll be happy to help. Our team is also available on-site to take care of daily needs and ensure your stay is smooth. So while you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, you’ll always have a friendly hand nearby if you need it. Other things to note Sethan is known for its quiet charm, starry nights, and snow in winter. The road from Manali to Sethan has 34 scenic curves and is a little bit offroad, adding to the adventure of reaching here. Guests can book a cab from Manali, or we can arrange a reliable cab service for you. Nearby activities: Day hike to Hamta Pass base camp (Chikka) — a scenic adventure for trekkers. In winters: skiing, snowboarding, and snow hikes. Just 5 minutes away, there is an activity point for snow fun and winter sports.
