The space This property is a mid terraced town house and provides two rooms (rooms 1&3) for guests use, sitting room, kitchen and dining area facilities. Though the house has a total of three rooms "Room2" is currently not available for guest's use. Room1 has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a double sized shower Room3 is a loft conversion with an en-suite shower and toilet There is also an extra toilet downstairs making a total of 3 toilets in the apartment for guests use Guest access Guests have access to every part of apartment except room2 which is currently not available for use. Other things to note IDENTIFICATION: Guests will be required to provide one form of Government approved identification before check-in date. Drivers licence or data page of International passport are ok. This identification copy must be sent to the host via Airbnb portal before the check-in date. PARKING: Parking is on the road in front of the property and it's free. NO SMOKING RULE: No smoking rules apply everywhere inside the property but guests can smoke outside in the garden area.
