A bit like Venice, but instead of gondolas: wild nature and your own biceps 🛶💪 And if you prefer two wheels instead of a paddle — oh girl, you're in the right forest. The cottage is located in the heart of the Bolimowska Forest – full of forest paths, bicycle serpentines and magical corners, where every turn smells like childhood and a jar of raspberries. 🚲 The trails here are like labyrinths created by fairies — a little sand, a little shade, a lot of laughter and no traffic jams. It's a place where you can just get up, put on sandals or pink Crocs and say, "I'm going forward." No purpose. But with a banana on your face. Because W Lesie Zaklęty is not just an overnight stay. This house was built out of passion and care – many of the items inside have their own story and soul. To ensure a good experience for you and for us, please read the following terms and conditions. ⸻ 1. GENERAL RULES 1.1. While staying in the cottage, the Guest accepts these regulations. 1.2. The rental applies only to the number of people reported at the time of booking. 1.3. Third parties (outside the reservation) may stay on the premises only with the consent of the host. ⸻ 2. DECORATIVE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT 2.1. There are decorative items in the cottage – some of them have sentimental or material value. 2.2. Please treat the equipment with respect – do not rearrange, do not remove decorations from walls and shelves. 2.3. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage, damage or theft of equipment resulting from his fault or the fault of children and accompanying persons. 2.4. In the event of damage to decorative items, the cost of compensation will be deducted from the deposit or claimed on the basis of the owner's valuation. ⸻ 3. CHILDREN AND SAFETY 3.1. The cottage is not suitable for small children – it contains many delicate items. 3.2. Parents and guardians are obliged to constantly monitor the behavior of children and bear full responsibility for their actions. 3.3. The owner is not responsible for accidents resulting from non-compliance with the above. ⸻ 4. WE RESPECT SILENCE AND NATURE 4.1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 4.2. No parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties or other loud events. 4.3. Please do not use external speakers and do not disturb the peace of the neighborhood. ⸻ 5. ANIMALS 5.1. Animals are allowed only by prior arrangement. 5.2. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet. 5.3. Guests arriving with their dogs are obliged to clean up any waste after their pets, both inside and on the property. We take care of cleanliness, comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for all visitors – please be responsible and take care of the common space. Otherwise, the cleaning service will be charged additionally from the deposit. ⸻ 6. CLEANING AND LEAVING THE HOUSE 6.1. Please leave the cottage in a state of general order. 6.2. Garbage should be placed in the trash can. 6.3. Please report any damage or problems to the host immediately. 6.4. If you have come with your pet, please clean up the waste inside, and especially outside. ⸻ 7. LIABILITY AND COSTS 7.1. In the event of damage to property, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of repair or replacement. 7.2. The Host reserves the right to deduct costs from the deposit or report damage in a civil action. ⸻ 📜 ADDITIONAL Important information / Rules for the use OF the cottage IN the woods the spells 1. The rental of the cottage is for recreational and leisure purposes only. 2. Guests are welcome to take souvenir photos and short videos for their own use – such as family photos, social media accounts, and photos from their stay. 3. It is forbidden to organize photo or film shoots of an organized nature during your stay (ex: photographers, models, studio equipment, styling, etc.) if the stay has been booked as a recreational one. 4. The use of the cottage and its surroundings for commercial purposes (advertising, product, fashion sessions, photo/video workshops, promotional recordings) requires the prior consent of the owner and a separate agreement and price list. 5. Any violation of this condition results in a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 1,500 and the obligation to pay a fee according to the price list of the commercial rental. 6. The owner reserves the right to discontinue the stay without refund if it is found that the above rules are broken. 7. There are 4 boxes of wood available on site for any use for a bath, bonfire or lighting a fireplace. Each additional wooden box costs 50 PLN. 8. Use of the hot tub and sauna The price (PLN 100 per night) includes the possibility of using the hot tub or sauna. Guests are responsible for their own service. a) Filling the hot tub The tub is filled independently using a garden hose, which must be inserted from the top of the tub. Detailed operating instructions are available in printed form — they are on the dining room table. b) Lighting the hot tub and sauna Lighting and adding to the stove in the hot tub and sauna is done on your own, using wood prepared next to the woodshed. c) Wood preparation If necessary, chopping wood is also the responsibility of the guests. d) Kindling We provide the cartons for lighting, but we do not guarantee their dryness — it depends on weather conditions and air humidity. We recommend that you bring your own firelighter. e) Method of smoking We recommend lighting a fire and adding smaller pieces of wood, slightly larger than those used only for kindling — this will allow for more effective and safe heating of the hot tub or sauna. ——— Thank you for your respect and concern for this place.
