Enjoy a stylish vacation in this super-centrally located and exceptionally designed house right in the historic old town with a large, modern and well-equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Restaurants, supermarket, market square and the harbor are right on the doorstep. A private parking lot belonging to the house is within 100m walking distance. The space A new, well-equipped kitchen with cooking island, dining table directly at the island, induction hob and everything else you need invites you to cook and enjoy creatively. The first floor is equipped with underfloor heating and has a loft-like design with lots of concrete and a seamlessly plastered bathroom with giant walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with super-comfortable box-spring beds in king and queen size, as well as an extra single bed. In addition to the garden with terrace and sauna, the living room on the upper floor has a large leather couch, an extra balcony and skylight windows with a starry view in the roof. The modern bathroom and sauna allow you to relax at the end of an eventful day. The sauna can be used for as long as you like. However, the sauna is connected to a coin-operated machine for electricity consumption and the operating costs of the sauna are passed on at cost price of €6 per hour (in €2 increments). Guest access The house is rented completely - bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, parking lot and garden. Other things to note The Vinetastadt Barth is a state-recognized resort and collects a tourist tax from its guests everywhere in the city area via the accommodation provider. I am therefore obliged to collect €1.70 per day and person directly from you on arrival in addition to the rent. A final cleaning fee of 90€ will be charged once regardless of the length of stay.
