The property is a large home optimized to accommodate guests, with 13 bedrooms, including 2 en-suites, and 10 social bathrooms. There are two fully equipped kitchens, ideal for preparing your meals, and a laundry area with a small washing machine and clothesline for your clothes. The outdoor area is spacious and welcoming, with a balcony full of sofas, hammocks, tables, chairs and outlets, as well as a TV, creating a familiar and harmonious atmosphere perfect for relaxing and socializing. Guest access Guests have access to a variety of common spaces, including the TV room, kitchens, hammocks, sofas, and areas with tables and chairs. Each guest receives their own access gate key, ensuring safety and convenience. The room can be private or shared with your group, while all outdoor areas, such as kitchen, bathrooms, convenience area, balcony, living room, reading corner, smoking area and laundry, are shared with other guests. This configuration offers an excellent opportunity to socialize and share new experiences, except in the rooms, which remain private for their occupants. During your stay I live in the same property and am always available for interaction. Although I need to leave for various activities, I am accessible by phone and WhatsApp for any need to contact me.
