In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, come and discover our gîte for 4 to 8 people at the foot of Puy du Sancy. Ideal for 2 families with its 2 master bedrooms and children's bedroom... or for a stay with friends. From the terrace, you can admire the panoramic view of the Sancy Massif! Numerous activities: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, biathlon, etc.), winter sports (downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.) but also close to the thermal spas of La Bourboule... The space During school holidays, the cottage is rented by the week only. You have a very pleasant living room with open kitchen, fireplace, reading corner in front of Puy de Sancy. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located next to the kitchen. A separate toilet is also located on this level. Upstairs, a play, reading, TV area is available for the children's enjoyment. On this landing, there are also: - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, - a separate toilet, - a bathroom with shower and bathtub, - and the "cabin" room with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds 90 cm. A spiral staircase leads to the master suite with its private shower room and toilet on the top floor. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided but are offered as an option as well as the cleaning package. Price of options: - €15 per bed for bed linen; - €5 per person for towels; - €115 for the cleaning fee. The gite is located in the mountains. There are cows with bells in the meadows, farmers working, roosters crowing... All these sounds are the sounds of nature.
