Legana Lodge, a home away from home ! Catering for up to 12 people. This mid-century home has recently been completely renovated and is a fantastic place to bring your whole family. Situated at the gateway to the Tamar Valley Wine Route and located a short 10 minute drive from the Launceston CBD, Cataract Gorge, UTAS Stadium and other local attractions. An easy 5 min walk to the Legana Shopping Centre, local cafe's, bakery, Supermarket, Chemist, Tavern, Playground, Pump Track and Tennis Courts. The space Spacious entertaining areas, dining room, lounge room, large living areas, designated office space, four bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen cater to all your family requirements. Free onsite parking is available for guests to use during your stay (extra parking is also available at the rear of the property if it is required. Please contact me if you have larger vehicles such as a truck, caravan or boat, as we can cater to those too if required. The Legana Shopping Centre, a children's playground, tennis courts and a bike "Pump Track" are all located within a short 5 minute walk from the property. There are strict "no event", "no smoking" and "no noise after 10pm" policies in place in respect of our neighbours and nearby residents.
