There is ample dining space around the farmhouse table and additional seating on the leather sofa, making this kitchen/diner a relaxed social space. The lounge is adjacent to the kitchen, down two steps, and boasts two leather sofas and a separate snuggle chair to relax on. The lounge is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure, with a Smart TV for entertainment and a wood burner for cooler months. Down a further couple of stairs are two of the three bedrooms. The super-king-size and double room share a ’Jack and Jill’ shower room. On the first-floor mezzanine level is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, enjoy a generous garden laid to lawn with a patio area and outdoor seating for dining alfresco.
