Surf Suite is located up the hill from the beautiful Pools Beach and Sandy Beach (7min walk) and a short drive from Maria’s, and Domes Beach. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is the perfect place for guests to rest and relax after surf snorkeling or sunbathing. IMPORTANT; This unit has low ceilings (approx. 6 ft ceilings). This is a four unit property; The pool and garden are shared. The space This unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit on the lower floor. It has an entrance looking onto the garden and pool. The bedroom has a Queen bed, bathroom, small living area and kitchenette. This property is in a residential area. Please note that this unit has low ceilings but is totally manageable. This property has four units. Each unit has a separate entrance. The pool is shared. This unit doesn’t not have a tv. But we do have high speed internet. Residential area. We have solar panels, satélite internet and water cistern ensuring you won’t be without those amenities. Guest access Welcome to our little piece of paradise. We have a shared pool and tropical garden with beautiful plants and fruit trees. We also have backyard hens/ducks (just hens—no roosters!) Please do not feed or pet the animals. This is a four unit property. Each unit has a separate entrance. Other things to note Our guests park on the street near the house. We will include pictures and instructions on where to park in your check in instructions. We have solar panels, satellite internet and a water cistern. In the event the water in town is shut off, you will hear noise from the water pump system. No smoking on property; Please do not litter. Don’t use glass or ceramic by the pool. You may be charged for items broken, lost or stained during your stay. Please take care of our place. This is a residential area. We are off of the famous Route 413 , affectionately called " the Road to Happiness". Our property was built by a family many years ago and is now run by our family. We provide toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner as a starter pack. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. We can provide umbrellas; no beach chairs.
