Modern and independent Loft close to Milan

The building is a renovation of a 17th century Milanese spinning mill. It consists of a beautiful large living area with two stone pillars inside and high brick vaults. The apartment layout is unusual and it is open plan. The main bedroom overlooks the kitchen. The second is connected to the first one. The other bedroom is completely private. Outside there is a private garden with barbecue and garden forniture. 3,5 hrs from Venice and its famous Carnival. The space Our house is a fantastic loft in a pedestrian area. All the spaces were designed to be a mix of old and new. Throughout the house there is a prestigious brushed oak parquet floor. You can relax in front of the stove reading a book or listening to music, sit in the garden to enjoy peace and quiet, stroll through the streets of the village or along the Naviglio Martesana canal, which connects the Adda river to the centre of Milan and was designed by Leonardo. Gorgonzola is also an easy access to Milan and all of northern Italy. The Milan metro is just over 10 minutes away on foot, and from there it takes about 45 minutes to reach Piazza Duomo. The location is also strategic as a starting point for visiting all the cities of northern Italy. Monza, Bergamo, Verona and Venice are within a two-and-a-half-hour drive. Access to the motorway is 7 minutes away.
