(Margarita ville now) We are on Cluster 3 right in the middle of golf course. You have access to the beach We do not provide a Golf cart, you can get one at golf course. Ground floor poperty, AC, Cable, Wifi, 2 parking. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 BR-2.5BTH CHECK IN AFTER 4 PM CHECK OUT BEFORE 10 AM The space 1. We are not part of the resort (we are in the same complex, you can go there and have breakfast, dinner paying) 2.We do not offer golf cart. You can rent one at golf course. We do have 2 parking spots. The Villa is the perfect Caribbean retreat for those looking for a resort location that is still close to all the off-resort activities Puerto Rico has to offer. Villa is located within the Wyndham Río Mar Grand Resort which offers access to golf, tennis, a beach which is a short 2-minute drive away within the resort, 5 restaurants, and community pool that is just a short walk from the villa. Outside of the resort you have The El Yunque National Rainforest a 5-minute drive away, a never-ending list of great local restaurants, and access to all the great beaches of the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. You will absolutely love the breathtaking views of the golf course and El Yunque Rainforest from the villa's balcony. Guest access washer and dryer ONLY avaliable for 10 or more nights stay There is a Laundromat in Rio Grande just in case u need to use. HOUSE RULES. 1. NO SMOKING INSIDE - we can take your deposit if you smoke inside and also cancel your reservation. (Airbnb allow us to do it) 2. NO MORE PEOPLE THAN ALLOWED- . Inmidiately we cancel your reservation with no refund (Airbnb allow us to do it) 3. WE ARE A TROPICAL ISLAND, AND YES WE HAVE INSECTS, MOSQUITOS , be aware of that. We recommend to use repelent or spray. We do not refund any money for those issues since we are an Island and our house is on the beach. 4. IF ELECTRICITY OR WATER GOES OUT IN THE ISLAND AND IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL, We do not refund any money. 5. YOU MUST PLACE GARBAGE OUT OF THE HOUSE , inside the OUTSIDE trash cans. 6. YOU CANNOT LEAVE ANY GARBAGE INSIDE THE HOUSE PLEASE OR WE WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT $. Leaving trash inside the house is like a call to all the insects to come in.
