Loft Dama da Noite (next to Ibirapuera Park)

A cozy, quiet space with warm lighting. Here you will wake up to the ambient sound of the birds. We are located in Jardim Luzitânia, an upscale, wooded and very charming neighborhood, "attached" to Ibirapuera Park. We are also close to Moema and Vila Nova Conceição, neighborhoods with great restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Stable internet with good speed! The space The Loft Dama da Noite is a pleasant and quiet place, displaced from the chaos of the city of São Paulo. The neighborhood is strictly residential, surrounded only by houses, squares and trees. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and 1-burner electric stove, ideal for breakfast and snacks. We have basic cooking utensils. Your bed will be prepared with a fluffy pillow top, nice sheet, blanket and comforter for your comfort and coziness. We provide 1 bath set. We provide soap and liquid soap. The space is located in the small house next to the owner's house. The entrance is independent through the side garden. We are 100 meters from Gate 5 of Ibirapuera Park and 300 meters from AACD metro station. Guest access The Loft Dama da Noite is located within the same grounds as the owner's house, however it is an independent and distinct space. Only the "street" gate, that is, the property as a whole and the garden are common to both spaces. Access to the Loft is first through the common gate, passing through the side garden and up a flight of stairs at the bottom of the lot. It's a very nice and very quiet little corner!
