It offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a ground floor WC, lounge-diner, a fully equipped kitchen, plus a decked garden for enjoying warmer sunny days. Dogs are welcome - please don't let them on the furniture or upstairs. Ground Floor: Hallway leading to: Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, electric oven, and everything needed to cook up a feast or enjoy a takeaway. WC including wash hand basin. Lounge-diner with cozy sofas, smart TV, smart speaker and a corner bench/dining table, opening onto a beautiful garden with a central decked area with table and chairs plus a sofa. First Floor: Landing leading to: Master bedroom with a super king sized bed and a Juliet balcony, bedside cabinets, open wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror and chair. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, bedside cabinets, open wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror and chair. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Second Floor: Bedroom 3 with a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, open wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror and chair. Bedroom 4 with two single beds, bedside cabinets, open wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror and chair. Bathroom with modern shower cubicle, WC and basin. Please note - for those with allergies, the bedding is feather and down. There is space for 1 car on the driveway to the front of the property, as well as free street parking on the surrounding roads. Cotton linens/towels and soap/shampoo and cleaning products are provided for use during your stay. For trips to the beach, there are also deckchairs, windbreaks and cool bags available for you to use. Guest access The whole property and garden are available for your private use during your stay.
