Our cosy 25m2 studio is located in the Valdeacederas neighbourhood, in the northern outskirts of Madrid, about 30 minutes by Metro from the city centre. You will be staying in a quiet area, very well connected by public transport. At 500m from the flat you have the Valdeacederas metro stop with a direct line to the city centre: in half an hour you will be in Puerta del Sol! :) With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with elevator, the apartment is located on the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the studio consists of the following spaces: - a sleeping area with a double bed of size 150x190 cm, - a living room area with sofa and TV, in an open space to an area with dining table, - a kitchen area, - 1 complete bathroom with shower. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has air conditioning and heating by means of 1 Split air conditioning unit with heat pump above the sofa. The hot water is central and works through a gas boiler. Parking in the area is limited and chargeable: indicated with blue and green lines. It can be difficult to find a parking spot. Nearby parking: - Avenida de Asturias Public Parking (24hrs) or - Parking Bravo Murillo 359 Madrid (24hrs) Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before.
