Apartment Perica 5a consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with one double and one single bed, dining / living area, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, balcony and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. WiFi, Aircon and parking space are also provided at property. The space The max. capacity of the house is 18 people and it's divided in 4 apartments. All apartments are separate units for itself so you shouldn't worry for your privacy. Tell us your preferences and we will try our best to satisfy your needs. Guest access To make your stay more comfortable during the high temperatures, use the air conditioning and cool down. Need to check your emails or get in touch with your family and friends back home… use the WIFI the apartment offers. Guests are provided a parking space on the property. Other things to note Upon your arrival you are obligated to leave a damage deposit of 200 EUR which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after your apartment has been checked. In case of any damages, please inform it to the host or to SUNTURIST agency.
