All to most what you'll need to cook and live like you're at home. Bunn K-cup coffee machine never requires water fill up just put cartridge in and hit go. Guest access Entire property is available for use except the garage. Other things to note 2 fishing kayaks are included in the rental along with some loaner fishing rods on the dock. A frozen drink machine is available for rent at an additional $125 for up to 3 nights. An informational booklet will explain the workings of all the systems, radios, lights, remotes etc...
