Beach House in Peruíbe

Attention: in the week of New Year's Eve, the reservation is for at least 5 nights. 2 bedrooms with bathroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds in each. Maximum of 8 people, including children. Spacious house, close to the sea, well maintained and with lots of greenery. Having a barbecue when you get back from the beach is a great idea! The house is close to the Ruins of Abarebebê, the first church built in Brazil in the 16th century. Very quiet region in Peruíbe. The space Bring bedding: sheets, pillowcases and blankets - if it's cold weather, bath towels and kitchen towels. If something is broken, the same item must be replaced or the damage must be reimbursed. We do not rent to children under the age of 18 without the presence of a responsible adult. There is no smoking inside of the house. We have a microwave, refrigerator, television, stove and blender. The house will be delivered clean and organized and needs to be delivered the same way. Other things to note It is 500 meters from the beach, about a 5-minute walk. We accept small dogs. Garage for 3 large cars.
