Living room Sofa sleeper is a full size with upgraded memory foam mattress. 50” Roku tv ready for you to sign into all your favorite apps. French doors open up to a balcony with views of downtown Omaha. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night with bistro lights adding to the ambiance. Kitchen Large kitchen with eat-in island and lots of counter space. Along with the basic kitchen essentials are ceramic cookware, air fryer, crockpot, blender, grilling utensils for the onsight gas grill. Coffee bar equipped with coffee pot, Keurig, and electric kettle. Coffee, K-cups and tea bags are provided. Additional spaces Third floor community room is another place to enjoy the outdoors with a view. This area has full size kitchen, sofa, tv, and board games. The large outdoor living area is in the last steps of completion. This space will include large tv screens for that drive-in movie feel. A fire pit, hot tub, and lounging areas to add to your vacation experience at Little Bo! Building Gym Cardio or weight lifting our gym will meet all your needs. Open 24 hours. Guest access You'll have access to the entire studio and complex shared amenities. Other things to note PETS We allow up to 3 dogs for $90 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis. DISCOUNTS We run last-minute bookings, midweek specials and long stay discounts.
