Central and cozy apartment with balcony

The apartment is perfect for a couple or friends. It is located on Islandbrygge with cozy cafes and supermarkets in the area. The apartment is 200 m away from the harbor, where you can take a dip! You can easily get to the inner city by public transport, bicycle or on foot. Islandbrygge metro station is only 500 m away and there are several bus stops just outside the apartment that run to the inner city. The space There is room for 2 extra guests who can sleep on the sofa bed (sheets, duvet and pillows are included). However, this must be known in advance. Other things to note I would like to point out that this is my own apartment that I rent out and some of my personal belongings will be in the home (e.g. clothes, products and groceries) If you wish to wash clothes and use the washing machine, this must be known before arrival.
