A sweet private in-law apartment located on Collins Pond in North Windham-a minute to downtown Windham and 15 miles to Portland. Your space includes a separate entry, and a private fully equipped one bedroom apartment. You will have access to the backyard and your own patio area with firepit. The space A quiet cozy private space to stay. Conveniently located 15 miles from Portland and in the heart of Maine's Lakes region, your apartment has an open concept kitchen/dining/living area. ~Your kitchen is fully equipped with a stove top (no oven), toaster oven, microwave, keurig coffee maker, and basic cooking essentials. ~Your living room has a smart tv. For extra guests, there is a oversized foldaway bed with nice linens provided. ~Your bedroom has a queen bed, bureau and a closet with extra linens, blankets and pillows. ~Your bathroom has basic toiletries and a blow dryer. Guest access Your apartment is attached to the main house separated by a fairly large mud room/laundry room. You will have your own private entrance/patio area with a fire pit in the summer. You can access the brook and pond area from the backyard. The pond has a sweet trail that runs alongside the shoreline.
