Lakefront Summer Oasis - kayak, fish and get cozy!

Relax with family and friends at this breathtaking lake front home. Peaceful setting with beautiful views of Swan Lake. Updated bedrooms, completely renovated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances. A kayak and paddleboard await your next adventure. A brand new dock was installed for boating, fishing and swimming right from our backyard. Just a few minutes from the town center grocery store, restaurants, amusement parks, skiing and more. Dogs considered on a case by case basis! The space 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, two floor home. Beautiful stone walls and rustic landscaping lead out to serene Swan Lake. A picnic bench, outdoor seating and fire pit finish off the back yard. Both full bathrooms were just renovated, one on the main floor, one downstairs. New fans in every room, a gas fireplace in the living room and fully stocked kitchen. More than 8 people per night incurs a $50/per person per night fee. Motor boats are not allowed on the lake. The house ideally fits 2 families (4 adults and 4 -5 children). The upper bunk beds are not meant for larger adult individuals although they can hold 400lbs. Adults should sleep on bottom bunks if they need to sleep in the kids room. There is a smaller pull out mattress under the bunk for additional space. * Please pick up all your trash in the yard, pet excrement 💩 and trash around the fire pit, including cigarettes. There are lots of predatory animals and the lake is as clean as we keep it. Do not use indoor tools for the outdoor fire pit. There will be a $100 fee for any trash that remains in the yard including pet debris and cigarette butts. **Please do not move any backyard lawn or patio furniture. It can be dangerous and causes wear and tear on the lawn and furniture. Thank you ***Regarding the public beach: A. Any unregistered boats found on the beach will be locked by the association and held by the association until claimed. B. No feeding the geese C. No glass on the beach and anything you bring on the beach please take home with you at the end of the day. This includes all floating devices. D. We have limited parking so please remember to park vertically to accommodate more cars. E. No fireworks on the beach Guest access The front door is equipped with a touch pad lock. You must come down stairs to get to the front door. Other things to note There is parking for 5 cars at the designated parking area just off the street. Do not use the steep access driveway. *We ask that any animals not be alone at the house at any time. You can bring a crate if needed. The neighbor also has a dog so please be cautious because the yard is not fenced. There is a doggie line by the picnic bench. All dog waste MUST be cleaned up from the yard. **No events allowed. No parties allowed. No large gatherings other than with those who are guests at the house without explicit request prior to booking. ***Please note, the house has many staircases inside and outside. Including stairs from the parking area to the house. Stairs to the bottom floor. And finally, stairs to the lake. **** Please close the glass storm door on the front door completely and lock the glass doors out back prior to leaving. *****Please do not turn off the pilot light in the fireplace. We have lovely cool nights year round and want to leave the fireplace available to all. Only operate the fireplace with the remote control, which is located on the wall next to a light switch. ***** For early check in, we charge an additional fee of $150 for a 10 am check in, $100 for a noon check in, and $50 for a 2 pm check in.
