The space The location of the house is peaceful, as there is a park on one side and a reserve and creek behind the house. Lovely bird songs in the nearby reserve and walking and bike tracks through the trees. The house receives the morning sunlight as it is north east facing. 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 king single), plus a floor mattress available for a 4th person if required. 1 bathroom & toilet Guest access 2 bedrooms and bathroom/toilet at northern end of house, kitchen/dining, loungeroom and back deck areas are all spaces for guests sole use. (Both the 3rd bedroom and garage are locked off and marked private.). There's loads of driveway and street parking space. the path from rear balcony/deck area down to pool is safe and for guests use. The pool is for guest use. The taped off areas in the landscaped gardens outside the pool are not to be accessed, as mid renovation. This is clearly marked. The sides of house pathways and rear gates are also locked off at present for the same reason.
