The ground-level accessible apartment is located in the middle of the countryside on our Reitlandhof Franke in Stadland and is one of a total of 4 apartments - thus also interesting for group inquiries and fitters. The Reitlandhof Franke is located in a charming secluded location in the middle of a spacious and park-like property near Nordseedeich on the Jadebusen south of Butjadingen. The in-house pool hall (unheated) offers our guests swimming fun. The use of the sauna there is included. There is also a covered play barn. Please note that the above areas - pool, sauna and play barn - may be used by all guests of the total of 4 apartments. From the friendly hallway with wardrobe you can directly enter the living room with fireplace, large seating area and armchair. Directly behind it is the separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area in cozy colors. There is a shower room with toilet on the lower level. An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the other shower room with toilet as well as the two bedrooms with two single beds each and plenty of space for clothes. Another open wooden staircase leads to the roof sleeping loft with 2 additional single beds - this sleeping area is not lockable.  Take advantage of your own large terrace overlooking the extensive grounds.
