Enjoy kayaking or fishing as its 2 min walk to the water or just relax and enjoy the views from the deck! 1 hour from Sydney City, 10 min from the freeway, 5 min from the Woy Woy train station, restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing beaches nearby. The space The one level house is located in a quiet Cul-de-sac with a walk path 100m from Brisbane Waters. The deck has water views, BBQ, sun chairs and lounge area. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds in each, wardrobes and large windows with views. Two indoor living rooms with high ceilings, work desk area and 1 large modern bathroom designed with separate doors from shower / bathtub from toilet and from powder room allowing multiple uses at a time. The kitchen has modern appliances like dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and an ESPRESSO coffee machine, panoramic views and natural ventilation. There are two fishing kayaks with trolley and with life jackets, paddles and seats for guests use. Please note fees will incur for any damage to these items. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room North-facing balcony with bay water views and trees. Outdoor seating for 6 people. Internal laundry with washer and dryer. Air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans. Also a/c in two rooms and ceiling fan in third bedroom. All linen and towels are included, except beach towels. Bed making included for all guests. Note: The house is only accessed by stairs from the driveway so it’s not suited for little children, elderly or persons with mobility issues. Please refer to pictures. Guest access The entire house is for guest use as no one else lives on the property. Other things to note The treehouse is surrounded by Bouddi National Park and Brisbane Water National Park. There is access to the Brisbane Waters, Horsfield Bay through a foot path from the cul-de-sac. Note: Please abstain from using the jetty on Horsfield Bay as it belongs to a private club.
