Description of the space: The apartment is a spacious 140sqm, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with a large balcony connected to the master bedroom/living room. Located on the 3rd floor of the beach-hugging C block, the stunning panoramic ocean views are superior to even a beach villa due to the elevation - the location is truly one of a kind and is guaranteed to take your breath away. 2 king size beds in each bedroom. the views from each room are stunning, and the master bedroom has a balcony attached to get even closer to the crashing waves. The en(ormous)-suite bathrooms have rain showers, a full soak-in bath tub in the master bath. The living area has an open kitchen, fully equipped for the travelling chefs, a dining space, and floor to ceiling glass windows with large sliding doors to let that fresh ocean breeze in. We offer a Nespresso machine with a few complimentary pods, and have more available for purchase. Unwind right away with our complimentary selection of cold beer that awaits you in the fridge. Guest access Guest access: You will have access to all facilities, including pools, restaurants, gym, tennis and Fitness centre. Please note, as this booking is direct with the Owner and not the Hyatt, breakfast is not included with this booking. Payment for incidentals at the Hyatt would have to be settled directly at the time of purchase. Other things to note -Regular cleaning included (private housekeeping team) -Late check-in (after 8pm) permitted for an extra fee. This fee will include an airport pick-up.
