Expecting you with a modern & stylish design, can accommodate up to 14 guests. The location is very good - right by downtown Gera: You can reach the center within walking distance and fast, as well as all shops (including Gera Arcaden, Edeka Simmel) and various restaurants in the area. In addition, you can look forward to walks in the adjacent park of the youth and are within walking distance of the cultural and congress center or important museums (e.g. Museum of Applied Arts). Each of the apartments is very high quality and has a comfortable king size box spring bed (1.80 m wide) on hotel standard, a large 55" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge and everything you need. The newly renovated bathrooms have a bathtub with shower head or alternatively a shower, so you can freshen up as you like. Of course, we provide fresh, high-quality towels, a washer-dryer and bathroom essentials such as shower gel & shampoo as well as hair dryers. You can start the day with a NESPRESSO coffee and use all the nice amenities of these apartments such as the sitting area or the couch to enjoy the food, read a book or just unplug. The apartments also offer space for another guest with the comfortable sofa beds. Close to the building (only 2min walk) is the “UCI parking garage” (420 spots) where you can park comfortably for 3€/day. Guest access All 3 apartments are available to you. Feel at home!
