Cozy comfortable smoke free home located in a great neighborhood minutes away from all needs including restaurants, grocery, shopping, downtown, riverfront, hospital and beautiful Central Park! This property has a mounted 32” Roku TV in each bedroom along with a 55” Smart TV in the living room. This is a duplex home with our other airbnb named “The Bunkhouse.” Given availability, there is an option to rent both sides to give families/friends the option of having more space, beds, and bath! The space Our Paddock property has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room with a comfy mattress on each. Both rooms have full sized dressers with mirror, night stands with lamps, alarm clock, full sized closet with hangers, ceiling fan and a mounted 32” Roku TV. 1 bathroom with full size tub/shower, plenty of drying towels, wash cloths, hand towels and even black make up towels. Cozy living room with a sectional couch, recliner, trunk/coffee table, 3 end tables located next to couch and recliner, ceiling fan, along a 55” smart TV streaming with XUMO. Our kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner electric stove, full sized refrigerator with a top freezer, microwave, coffee pot,cups, plates, silverware, knives, and a beautiful table to sit and enjoy a home cooked meal at! Need to do laundry? You will find our stacked washer and dryer along with an iron and other essentials in our laundry room! The Paddock Home is definitely a cozy home that you will love and we hope you feel right at home!
