You will have your own bathroom and room with a desk space to work. Key fob provides security and access to communal pool and gym and parking garage which has plenty of visitor parking. Kitchen has full amenities or cooking and there is a laundry. Location is a few blocks from both Fortitude Valley train station (airport line) and the Royal Brisbane hospital, and a few kilometres from the CBD. Fortitude Valley is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants and close to Brisbane River The space Newish apartment that has all the modern conveniences, well located and quiet. You have your own bedroom and bathroom and share the living room and kitchen space with me. I have my own room and ensuite and live there. If you drive you may be able to use the visitor parking if it is available, it is not guaranteed, as it is first come, first served and has now been limited to 8hrs only by the Building Mgmt. if you do use the garage and want an early check out or I am not home, you will need to use the fob to drive out and use the lift to drop the keys in my apartment. You dont need the fob to get to the lobby floor. I have a pet cat who is sometimes in the common area or my room. Guest access You have your own bedroom and bathroom and can use the kitchen and living room spaces. This is not a whole apartment rental. Please note that while I try to locate visitor parking in my building, its not always possible to ensure that. It cannot be guaranteed, and is limited to 8hrs only.
