Tiny home with shared beach on Grand Traverse Bay

This cozy cottage has all the Up North Michigan vibes of your dreams. It's perfect for couples or small families to enjoy the amazing beaches, walk through the woods, swim in the Grand Traverse Bay, eat at local restaurants, and spend the evening stargazing. This cottage is a truly magical place where the city lights don't touch the stars in the night sky. Come see all that the welcoming, inclusive Leelanau Peninsula and the Little Dipper have to offer. The space The Little Dipper is a tiny haven nestled on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay. When you arrive, there is parking available for 2 cars out front. The front door will lead you into the main open floor plan living area of this cottage. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and small appliances for cooking meals. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch and seating to watch the Roku TV. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands, a closet, and a dresser. The bathroom includes a full soaker tub and shower. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and paper products are included in your stay. In addition to the cottage, you have access to 400 feet of shared lakefrontage and beach. The shoreline can be a little rocky, so bring your water shoes to get the most enjoyment out of the bay. We can also help you set up rentals for water sports gear, such as paddleboards and kayaks. Guest access The whole home is available for guest use. Guests can also access 400 feet of shared lake frontage. Other things to note The cottage is about 300 feet from the water. The beach is beautiful, and a bit rocky in some places - you may wish to bring water shoes! 🌊 Please note that this unit does not have a washer and dryer. The closest laundry mat is located 15 minutes south on M22 in Suttons Bay.
