The space GUEST ACCOMODATIONS INFORMATION: + Spacious living room with 75” Smart Samsung TV for everyone to enjoy + Cozy dining room with a brick fireplace and a one of a kind chandelier + Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and extra seating + ½ bathroom on the first floor + Up our original slightly squeaky stairs of our 3-story home to the 6 bedrooms Second Floor: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin size beds and full bathroom Third Floor: 3 Queen size beds and full bathroom + Washer and dryer on first floor + Ample yard with fire pit and seating area + Plenty of street parking with access to one car driveway Guest access You will have access to the entire house EXCEPT the basement and garage which is used for storage. Other things to note There are no bedrooms on the first floor, guests have to climb stairs to the bedrooms. Surveillance Notice: For safety and security, our property has surveillance cameras outside only. These cameras monitor the exterior areas and are not placed in private spaces like bedrooms or bathrooms.
