All items provided is ONLY to be used within the house. 6. No smoking in the house. RM500 will be charge if found any Cigarettes Smell or Cigarettes Butt 7. Not pets Allowed 8. Strictly no illegal or dangerous activities. 9. Guest are advised to keep all your valuable belonging safe during your stay. We will not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged guest's valuables or belonging. 10. We are not responsible for any item left behind by guest. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. 11. Not responsible for urban services work (emergency blackout, water disruption etc) 12. If guest lose or do not return their keys, penalty of RM 100 per Card will be charged 13.
