Searching to spend quality downtime with family from the busy everyday life, WELCOME!! you’ve found the perfect peaceful downtime retreat! The space Home is fenced in with two large entrance gates. (One located in front and the other on the side of house leading to garage) very spacious, full working kitchen, 2 complete full size bathrooms (1 with shower/bathtub), Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 Bedrooms have queen size beds, 4th room has 2 Twin Size beds, small 1 car garage, and laundry room. Guest access 2 main entry gates available, 1: Front gate leads direct parking to front of home where main door entrance to house is located at underneath porch. On the main entrance door you will find lock box with set of keys to facilitate entry. (code shared at arrival date) 2. Side gate leads directly to garage entry. Only access to open garage is through main house entrance. Other things to note There is a full time renter at the mother-n-law quarters which is located on the north side of home. Renter is very friendly, will never interfere. He leaves very early to work and returning back late evening.. gone on the weekends. Please don’t block front driveway. Access to mother-n-law quarters and main house.. Main house has another main gate that is located in the south side of property for extra parking .
