Located in Plestin-les-Grèves, the holiday home Maison familiale Kerriou has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Enjoy the convenience of a private barbecue for cooking delicious meals during your stay. Other things to note Situated between the village and the beaches (2kms), come and relax in a calm environment close to nature. In the area you will find many walks and in particular: - Pink granite coast (30 min) - Monts d' Arrée (40 min) - Ile de Bréhat (1 hr) Nearby: nautical centre; local and craft markets; bike hire; GR34; chapel circuits, etc. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Wi-Fi is not available.
