The space This charming house is on the beach, 🌟on the SECOND line, just 10 meters from the water. (Please read the paragraph on tides below to avoid any surprises.) You have a water fountain available with drinking water. The space    •   2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and fan    •   2 large shower rooms with hot water and toilet    •   Terrace with panoramic views of the sea and lush nature    •   Two hammocks to relax    •   Wooden table to work or eat, rocked by the sea breeze    •   Soft lighting in the evening, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere    •   Terrace always pleasant thanks to the constant passage of air ⚡️❄️Regarding electricity: if you use the air conditioning reasonably and the electricity bill does not exceed 500 baht during your stay, it will be offered to you. We simply ask that you turn off the air conditioning when you leave the house and not leave it running unnecessarily. 🎥Regarding cameras: they are installed only on the outdoor terrace for safety reasons. There are of course no cameras inside the house. The camera overlooking the terrace is disabled after your arrival. The setting The flat land is dotted with coconut trees and tropical trees, offering a peaceful setting. Birdsong and the murmur of the waves complete the relaxing atmosphere. Access to the house is easy, whether by car or scooter, without the steep climbs found elsewhere on the island. The resort located just behind the house also has a swimming pool: if you consume on site, they will allow you to use it. They also offer breakfasts, meals and, if available, can sometimes arrange deliveries. Tides    •   October to March – High tide: The beach enjoys high tides during the day, perfect for swimming and water activities.    •   April to September – Low tide: The beach turns into a vast sandy area, ideal for walks and collecting shells. Swimming may be limited during the day, but the tides change frequently and evenings often offer a perfect rising tide for swimming. Special event in June Every year, a Buddhist religious festival linked to the full moon of Asālha Pūjā takes place, celebrating the Buddha's first sermon. The water is clear, shallow, and perfect for a refreshing swim at any time. This is the dream season for those who love spending their days swimming and relaxing by the ocean. APRIL TO SEPTEMBER = LOW TIDE From April to September, the tide is generally low during the day, transforming the beach into a vast stretch of sand, ideal for peaceful walks and shell collecting. Swimming can be limited during the day due to shallow waters, but tides change frequently, and evenings often bring beautiful surprises—a rising tide offering perfect conditions for a sunset swim. This is also the time when locals come to gather crabs and shellfish, adding an authentic touch to the local atmosphere. Guest access You have access to the entire place Other things to note In order not to increase the price of the night too much, electricity is not included in the price. You'll have to pay extra for it. The price is 8 baht per unit. I take a photo of the meter at check-in and check-out. But if you pay attention to the air conditioning you won't have much to pay normally. The cleaning fee listed on Airbnb covers the departure cleaning for up to a week's rental, unfortunately the site does not give any other option for longer stays. Beyond this time, I will charge you 1,900 baht per week which includes a weekly full house cleaning with change of sheets and towels. I will make you a special offer: depending on the number of weeks booked, this rate will be applied every 7-day period. Please note that I do not allow guests to clean with their own housekeepers. It is mandatory to accept my cleaning service once a week, otherwise the houses become too dirty.
