Pool Preheat Cost: $70 and $85 (October thru April) to have the pool preheated and at full temperature for your arrival. Nightly Heating Rate: $70 per night, or $85 per night from October thru April, with a 2-night minimum. Pool heat is set to about 88°F. Higher temperature of 90°F are available upon request for an additional fee. You can add pool heating at booking or later, but please allow up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat, depending on weather and time of year. This cost is shared due to rising So-Cal gas prices. IMPORTANT: If you would like the pool preheated and ready for your arrival, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The preheat cost and the nightly heating rate will apply, and payments will be handled via Airbnb. We recommend heating the pool Sept-June. The rest of the year the pool heats up on its own from the sun. The temperature is set to 88° F /31°C. ✹ Pool maintenance and cleaning take place on Tuesday and Fridays, between 7-8 am. It takes approximately 15 minutes. ***If there is a holiday this time does change and we will do our best to notify you*** Rest assured that our pool cleaner is considerate, uses no machinery, and enters through the side gate – he will not enter the property. ✹ Gardening takes place on Thursdays between 11 am-3 pm for approximately 30-45 minutes. The gardener is very considerate and enters through the side gate – he will not enter the property. ✹EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ✹ We strive to accommodate early or late check-ins and check-outs whenever possible, depending on our calendar and housekeeping schedule.
