Set near the Clutha river & ski fields, Cardrona/Treble Cone - a tranquil haven awaits you, our brand new beautifully decorated and stylish, studio is perfect for all seasons, it boasts a new queen bed, sofa bed, ensuite, tea/ herbal tea/ coffee, tv, wifi, heat pump, air con, cooking & inviting private deck to relax & unwind on. The studio is nestled behind our home in a peaceful established, private garden capturing the sun. Our studio has everything covered for your stay in Wanaka. The space Please enquire about longer term stays and specials, we love hosting longer stays. We do recommend staying a minimum of two nights in Wanaka to capture the real beauty of our area. I am more than happy to guide you on what to do in our stunning town, immerse you in the local favourites, hidden gems. I also offer a mobile relaxation massage service to guests, $70 for a 60 minute relaxation massage, where I set up the massage table in the studio, spending two nights allows you to take up this opportunity to take care of yourself as you travel around Aoteroa New Zealand, it is also available for one night stays. Please message to book for a time during your stay. Brand new heat pump and air conditioning unit installed July 12th 2025. Stove top cooking and air fryer available from November 2025 for three night stays and longer. No cooking of fish or curries in the studio. Our Studio is brand new and a modern spacious, cosy and relaxing space, a place to pause from the busyness of your travels, with a brand new and comfortable queen size bed with fresh linen and soft towel, blinds or sheer curtains for privacy and the option of firm or soft pillows. An electric jug and small fridge is provided along with tea, plunger coffee, herbal teas and milk. A toaster andmicrowave is available for basic cooking and food preparation. more comprehensive cooking available from July 2025 for longer stays over 3 nights. A wall heater to keep you snug in winter and extra blankets and hot water bottles provided to sooth tired muscles. A heat pump and air conditioning available from July 2025 . Undercover Ski Storage available. Fan available in summer months. The bathroom is tiled and stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Fan is located in a cupboard or in lounge area. Dishwashing equipment is under the bathroom sink. No hidden cleaning or extra charges. The sofa turns into a bed suitable for a child. We can also offer a travel cot if required for an infant. There is a small private lawn area for you or your child to enjoy. Located 5 minutes drive to the central Wanaka township in the suburb of AlbertTown and close to many walking tracks and 2 mins to the river. Easy 30 minutes drive to both Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields and many local wedding venues. 45 minutes drive to Queenstown and Queenstown ski fields, The Remarkables and Coronet Peak. ski and bike storage available. You cannot see the studio from the street it is nestled behind our cottage, to access our Studio please walk down our driveway past our house and follow the pathway to the studio. Other things to note Basic cooking available. check out is 10am Mobile massage is available on request, I am a massage therapist so can provide a relaxation massage bringing my massage table into the studio at a time that suits you.
