The space We can accommodate up to 13 guests with the following sleeping arrangements: 2 king bed, 3 queen bed and 1 single bed King bed – sleeps up to 3 guests (may feel tight for three adults) Queen bed – sleeps 2 guests Single bed – sleeps 1 guest If you’d like more personal space, extra beds are available upon request for a small additional charge. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare them for you. Guest access Guests will have access to the property during their stay, including: - All bedrooms and bathrooms - Living and dining areas - KTV - BBQ rack - Kitchen and laundry area We want you to feel at home, so you’re welcome to enjoy all the spaces provided. Please note that some areas (like storage rooms or utility spaces) may be locked for host use. Other things to note - Extra beds are available upon request for a small additional charge — please let us know in advance so we can prepare them for you. - BBQ area and rack is available; guests are welcome to bring their own ingredients and charcoal. - Certain storage/utility areas are locked for host use. - Please observe quiet hours after 11 PM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
