You will have a 15 m2 bedroom, an 11 m2 mezzanine for eating, a 10 m2 private bathroom, all on the upper floor of a very contemporary 2018 house. Air conditioning completes the heated floor. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in absolute calm. Possibility to charge your electric vehicle (€0.25/KwH), and park your motorcycle in excellent security conditions. The space 15 m2 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, dressing room with wardrobe, desk, 2 nightstands and mini dresser. 11 m2 mezzanine with large dining table, with coffee maker and kettle, pods and tea bags provided. Table top refrigerator, microwave and mini oven will allow you to eat on site. 10 m2 bathroom with double sink, washbasin and sink for managing dishes, suspended toilet, large shower. Guest access You will enter through the front door of the house and can then directly take the stairs on the left to access the floor that will be yours during your stay. Note that my private space is partitioned so that there is total independence between the 2 parts of the house, and therefore you can come whenever you want, early or late, in total autonomy. Access will be via a NUKI smart lock (app to install on smartphone), and you can even control lights and shutters on the floor from your smartphone! (There are still buttons).
