This semi-detached house is located in Vålberg, right on the Norsälven, about 2 km to Lake Vänern: •about 5 minutes to Vänern's beach • 3 minutes to Vålberg's center with grocery store, pizzeria • 7 minutes to Grums • 15 minutes to Värmland's largest shopping center • 18 minutes to central Karlstad •18 minutes to Bomstadbaden – popular beach, sandy beach •18 minutes to Mariebergsskogen – with zoo, mini train, etc. •30 minutes to Alster Manor – Gustaf Fröding's birthplace. 3 bicycles are available to borrow at no additional cost. Warm welcome💐 The space The living area is 104 sqm. On the first floor there is a kitchen, toilet, utility room with washing machine and drying cabinet as well as a living room with TV and also a seventh sleeping space. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (can be divided into two single beds) and the other two with two single beds each. A crib is also available. Patio with roof and outdoor furniture and charcoal grill directly adjacent to the living room. Behind our garden, with a villa in between, is a walking and cycling path that runs along the Norsälven river. In the evening, you can take a walk along the water and enjoy the beautiful view of the river bank. In the river, wild ducks and many different birds swim – with a little luck, you can even see beavers! Guest access You have access to the whole apartment, patio, garden, and free parking. Please note that this is a private home and not a hotel. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and everything needed for a comfortable everyday life. Here you can easily cook, do laundry, and feel at home, whether you stay for a few days or a longer period. The place is especially good for business travelers and guests planning a longer stay. Since this is a private home and not a hotel, we always do our best to carefully check and prepare the house before each guest's arrival. Nevertheless, minor everyday problems that are common in a home can sometimes occur during normal use. Cleaning and service are also different from hotels – we do not offer daily cleaning or on-site staff. If you are looking for a standardized hotel experience with hotel service, this may not be the best choice. But if you appreciate the freedom and convenience of being able to cook, do laundry and stay in a fully equipped home during your trip, you are warmly welcome to stay in the house.💐 Other things to note --To help protect the environment and reduce the amount of laundry, we encourage our guests to bring their own sheets and towels. If you prefer to use ours, there is an additional fee of SEK 50/person.
