Small 18th century 1 bed cottage

The house was a stables to the main house and has been converted to an open plan cottage. Decorated to a high standard with all amenities. Very close to Burton on Trent. In the grounds is the oldest cedar tree in England. In the house there is a kitchen, a shower room a desk, and superking size bed. Guest access If you are out after 11pm the gates won’t open as you drive in as we Lock them. The code is 4250 on the wall. If you go for a walk there is a gate key in the fruit bowl near the door. Take that with you and it will open the gate. They are £70 to replace of lost though so please look after it and return it to the bowl. Other things to note Heating is operated in two areas. 1. Are the radiators and this is by a dial near the bed. These heat up quickly. 2. If you are spending allot of time in the house you may want to increase the underfloor heating. This is a digital box in the wall opposite the bathroom. Change the temperature and click the tick. It takes a while to warm up, but you will have under floor heating in your bathroom too which will be nice. 😊 please add turn them down once you leave to 15. The hob instructions are as follows: Touch the on off button and turned it on. Put a pan on the ring you want to heat and then touch the heating zone control until it flashes zero.. touch the heat setting and slide it along to the temperatureature you would like. You have to do this within a minute of putting the zone on or you will have to start again. I willl leave full instructions in the drawer under the plant.
